SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Sweet Butter Leather Goods. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days unless otherwise specified. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.  If you are in a rush, call us at 1-425-530-9190 so we can provide you with the best options. 

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Below is a list options you may be presented with depending on the size and weight of your order:

USPS-Domestic

  • First-class mail (3 days)

UPS-Domestic

  • Standard Ground (5 days)
  • Three-day select (3 days)
  • 2nd day air (2 days)
  • Next day air (1 day)

USPS-International

  • *First-class mail  - Canada Only (1-2 weeks) 
  • *First-class mail  - Rest of the World (2-4 weeks) 

DHL-International

  • Express (3-5 days)

Aside from USPS First-class mail - Domestic, all shipping methods are insured.  

*Please note that First-class mail - International does not have a guaranteed delivery time frame and could take over a month.  DHL Express is highly recommended for all international orders.
**Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
***Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

DAMAGES

Sweet Butter Leather Goods is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if the package is not insured. Once a package has left our facility it is the responsibility of the shipping company to deliver. All inquiries must be taken up with the appropriate carrier.  There is no legal recourse if the tracking shows your package as "Delivered."

If your package was shipped with insurance then a replacement will be sent via the same shipping method. You can choose to pay for an upgrade to a different shipping method if preferred. An insurance claim can not be filed on USPS First Class International mail until it has been one month since the ship date. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
